Opening Ceremony Held for Wenzhou Ring Expressway Southwest Line Blasting Safety Supervision Office

The opening ceremony was attended by Chen Zhaoliang, Deputy General Manager of Wenzhou Ring Expressway Southwest Line Co., Ltd., Ma Haifeng, Manager of the Safety Management Department, Ye Silun, Manager of the Contract Management Department, Zhu Jie, Manager of the Engineering Management Department, Fang Gaowei, Director of the First Site Office, Li Yunfeng, Owner Representative of Sections 5 and 6, as well as He Huawei, General Manager of our company, Gao Shengxiu, Deputy General Manager, Wang Pu, Manager of Wenzhou Branch, He Ruming, Deputy Manager, and Jia Siyuan, Deputy Chief Supervision Engineer of the project.

During the ceremony, the attendees inspected and provided guidance on the standardized construction of the supervision office facilities and listened to a report on the office’s recent work progress.

At the ceremony, the person in charge of the supervision office expressed a warm welcome to the representatives of the owner and company leaders, and introduced the supervision responsibilities and objectives. Chen Zhaoliang and He Huawei delivered speeches, outlining expectations and requirements for the supervision work, and jointly unveiled the plaque of the supervision office.

The supervision office will rely on strong support from the headquarters and, with the cooperation of the project owner, carry out supervision work under the principles of “fairness and scientific management, integrity and self-discipline, quality service, and strict supervision.”
