Its predecessor was Zhejiang Gaoneng Controlled Blasting Research & Design Co., Ltd., affiliated with the Zhejiang Provincial Association for Science and Technology.

1998

Renamed to Zhejiang Gaoneng Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd.

2002

Restructured into a wholly privately‑owned joint‑stock company.

2013

Implemented employee stock ownership.

2023

Obtained the "Three‑Class‑1" qualifications and was recognized as a National High‑Tech Enterprise

2024

The Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau approved the establishment of the "Zhejiang Gaoneng Intelligent Precision Construction Enterprise High‑Tech Research and Development Center".

2025

We have newly obtained the "Two Class‑1" qualifications and simultaneously completed the establishment of an employee equity incentive shareholding platform.
