Zhejiang Geological Exploration & Mining Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of our company, previously held Grade B qualifications for geological disaster control project supervision and design, as well as Grade C qualifications for exploration and geological disaster risk assessment.

In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Geological Exploration Qualifications (State Council Order No. 520), the company obtained the Provincial Geological Exploration Qualification Certificate issued by the Department of Land and Resources of Zhejiang Province on January 30, 2015.

The approved qualification categories and grades include:

Underground Geological Exploration: Grade B

Solid Mineral Exploration: Grade C

Geological Drilling: Grade C
