Our Company Holds “Business Tax to VAT Reform” Briefing Meeting

According to the notice issued by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the nationwide implementation of the Business Tax to Value-Added Tax (VAT) Reform, our company held a briefing meeting on the reform at Liang’an International Hotel in Hangzhou on April 25. Middle and senior management personnel of the company, along with financial managers from various branches, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Financial Director Liu Haiying interpreted relevant laws and regulations issued by the State Administration of Taxation. Based on the company’s actual operations, she provided a detailed explanation of the changes and key considerations after the VAT reform in areas such as project quotations, contract signing, and material procurement.Participants also discussed their questions and concerns, gaining a deeper understanding of the relevant policies and requirements through the exchange. This briefing meeting provided employees with a preliminary understanding of taxation-related matters and helped ensure the smooth implementation of various tasks after the Business Tax to VAT Reform.
