Xinjiang Aneng Blasting Company’s Bulk Explosive Mixing Station Project Passes Completion Acceptance
After more than three months of arduous efforts by all members of the project team, the civil construction works of the 2,500 t/year On-Site Mixed Emulsion Explosive Production System Project at the Fuyun Production Base of Xinjiang Aneng Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully passed completion acceptance.
The acceptance inspection began at 16:30. Representatives from the construction, design, geological survey, supervision, and project owner units respectively presented reports on project quality. The acceptance team was divided into groups to inspect the quality of completed structures, project completion documentation, safety functions, and other aspects. According to the arrangements made during the pre-acceptance meeting, all project management personnel performed their assigned duties, ensuring that the acceptance process proceeded in an orderly and efficient manner.
Chen Feiquan, Assistant General Manager and Chief Commander of the Project Construction of Aneng Company, delivered a construction summary report on behalf of the company. Following a series of acceptance procedures, the head of the Fuyun County Construction Bureau Quality Supervision Station announced that the physical quality of the civil construction works, completion documents, and safety functional inspections of the Aneng Fuyun County Bulk Explosive Mixing Station Project had all met the acceptance requirements. The project successfully passed completion acceptance.
At present, equipment installation at the ground station is being carried out intensively and is expected to be completed soon. In the next stage, Aneng Company will accelerate progress to complete lightning protection and anti-static testing, fire protection acceptance, equipment commissioning, trial production acceptance, and other procedures. The company aims to pass the trial production assessment conducted by the regional civil explosives authority and lay a solid foundation for expanding business operations in the Altay region in 2017.
