From January 31 to February 2, 2024, GN Energetic Blasting held its 2023 Annual Work Conference at Sheraton Qiandao Lake Resort.

       This marked the company’s first‑held annual work conference since the pandemic. Over the past four years, both market conditions and corporate development have undergone substantial shifts, making alignment on corporate mindset and target‑setting the top priorities of the meeting.

       During the conference, each department‑in‑charge executive delivered updates on their respective business segments, reviewing key achievements while addressing existing gaps and laying out new requirements for future operations. The General Manager summarized the company’s overall performance, acknowledged the team’s hard‑won accomplishments, pointed out existing problems, and outlined directions for improvement.

       2023 stood out as a turning‑point year for the company. The acquisition of the Grade‑A qualification for general mining contracting signified our transformation from a blasting‑specialized firm into a comprehensive enterprise focused on mine construction. Such transition calls for corresponding adjustments across business philosophies, management approaches and operational mechanisms. In his address, the Chairman put forward new perspectives covering corporate positioning, business models and compensation systems, setting clear strategic directions and defining the tone for the year ahead.

       The conference also included an awards session for outstanding employees and a retirement ceremony for departing staff. Representatives of outstanding employees and project managers delivered speeches, sharing insights on personal and team growth and setting role models for the whole organization. The event concluded with New‑Year remarks from the Executive Director.

       In keeping with corporate traditions, employees’ family members were invited to a festive evening banquet. Lucky‑draw activities were interspersed throughout the dinner, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. The annual gathering came to a successful close amid cheers and laughter.
