On August 12, 2009, Xinjiang Aneng Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd. obtained a Class A blasting qualification certificate issued by the Public Security Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This certificate represents the highest level of blasting qualification in Xinjiang and remains the only highest-level qualification certificate of its kind in the region to date.
