Position: Blasting Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out blasting operations in strict compliance with the Safety Regulations for Blasting, the blasting design plan, and the blasting safety assessment report;
Supervise and manage the three key blasting personnel (blaster, safety officer, and magazine keeper);
Review blasting construction plans;
Organize safety training and education for blasting personnel, and oversee their operations;
Monitor the entire blasting process, and report any issues discovered in a timely manner;
Design and summarize blasting projects, provide construction guidance, and inspect quality;
Develop safety technical measures for blasting, and verify their implementation;
Formulate technical measures for misfire handling and guide their execution;
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Physically fit, able to work under tough conditions, and without any bad habits;
Hold a valid Blasting Engineering Technician Certificate at the corresponding level;
Experience in blasting construction or supervision is preferred;
Under 55 years of age.

Position: Underground Mine Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the infrastructure construction and mining operations of the underground mine.
Plan and design mining operations for the underground mine, and organize and manage on-site construction, covering all aspects of underground mining, including equipment and personnel deployment, haulage and drainage in stopes, slope management, preparation and implementation of stripping plans, on-site safety production management, and dilution and ore loss control.
Requirements:
Have at least 2 years of management experience in a key leadership role at an underground mine, such as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager. Be familiar with mining construction management, possess strong professional competence, and have a good understanding of project execution procedures.
Age: Under 45 years old (exceptions may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications).
Education: Full-time associate degree or above in engineering-related majors. Candidates with outstanding abilities may be exempted from the education requirement.

Position: Captain of Rock Blasting and Dredging Vessel
Job Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the safe navigation, berthing/unberthing, and mooring operations of the vessel, ensuring that each voyage is safe, efficient, and in full compliance with shipping regulations.
Supervise and manage the crew team, implement the company's management systems and operational standards, and organize construction activities to ensure project progress.
Arrange and oversee routine maintenance, servicing, and repair work to keep the vessel and its equipment in good operating condition at all times.
Properly handle various emergencies during navigation, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions and mechanical failures, and take timely and effective measures to ensure the safety of personnel, vessel, and cargo.
Establish and enforce the vessel's safety management system, continuously improving all operational and safety management procedures.
Requirements:
Hold a valid First-Class Inland River Captain's Certificate of Competency, along with all statutory certificates and training qualification certificates required for the vessel to be seaworthy.
Have at least 10 years of work experience on work vessels, with at least 5 years in the capacity of Captain. Experience on rock blasting and dredging vessels is preferred.
Familiar with routine vessel maintenance and safety management; proficient in vessel maneuvering skills and equipment operation.
Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work style, and capable of emergency response and team leadership.
Under 55 years of age.
