As spring arrived in full bloom, the company’s 2023 Annual Business Meeting was successfully held from April 14 to 16 at Day One Resort in Anji. Key management personnel and other core members of the company attended the meeting.

During the meeting, heads of the company’s various departments reviewed their work over the past year and outlined their plans for the year ahead. Managers from each branch also presented analyses of their 2022 performance across construction, supervision, consulting, and other business areas, as well as their respective market shares in the regions they serve. They also shared their views and recommendations on setting and implementing future business objectives.

With the company having recently obtained its General Contracting Qualification for Mining Engineering, the meeting focused on how to leverage this broader platform to take the company’s business development to the next level. For the first time, the meeting adopted a format of group discussions followed by a collective summary. Participants engaged in in-depth analysis and discussion of key business priorities and strategies from the perspectives of brand positioning, business objectives, team building, and corporate safety. The discussions encouraged new ideas and perspectives, while the collective summaries helped turn those ideas into practical insights. The meeting not only helped align the team around a common vision, but also broadened the company’s business strategies and provided clear direction for its next stage of strategic development.
