Our Company Acquires Zhejiang Geological Exploration & Mining Technology Co., Ltd.

After several months of preparation, our company reached an agreement with Zhejiang Tianjiang Mining Co., Ltd. at the end of June to officially acquire an 80% equity stake in Zhejiang Geological Exploration & Mining Technology Co., Ltd. The company is currently proceeding with the acquisition transition and restructuring process.

Established in May 2004, Zhejiang Geological Exploration & Mining Technology Co., Ltd. mainly provides technical consulting services in areas including mineral resource exploration and evaluation, mining development planning, geological disaster prevention engineering exploration, design and supervision, and mine ecological environment restoration.The acquisition expands our company’s consulting service scope from the construction and public security sectors into the land and natural resources sector, which will further promote the company’s overall development.
