On the morning of June 30, 2015, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Wenzhou Supervision Center Construction Project was grandly held in Wuniu Town, Yongjia County, Wenzhou. Leaders from the Wenzhou Municipal Government, the Public Security Department of Zhejiang Province, the Wenzhou Public Security Bureau, and the Yongjia County Government attended the ceremony and delivered important speeches. The Director of the Supervision Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department also read out a congratulatory message from the Ministry of Public Security.

The Wenzhou Supervision Center is a key project of Zhejiang Province and Wenzhou City. Located in Lingxia Industrial Zone, Wuniu Subdistrict, Yongjia County, the project covers the areas of Wuao, Wangzhai, and Xiyang villages. The total planned land area is 175,212 square meters, with a construction land area of 175,163.84 square meters and a total investment of RMB 699.39 million. The construction period is from July 2014 to June 2018, with a planned duration of four years. After completion, the supervision center will have a capacity of 3,300 people. Our company was awarded the contract for the preliminary mountain blasting works and related temporary works of the project.

After winning the contract, our company quickly established the Wenzhou Supervision Center Mountain Blasting Project Department and actively assisted the owner in organizing the groundbreaking ceremony. Despite the high temperatures, the project team completed equipment mobilization, removal of aquaculture facilities, site preparation, venue arrangement, blasting scheme evaluation and approval, drilling operations, and other preparatory work within only a few days, ensuring that the ceremony was held as scheduled.

During the ceremony, leaders from the Wenzhou Public Security Bureau fully recognized and praised our company’s excellent coordination and organizational capabilities. General Manager He Huawei attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. After the ceremony, the project team carried out the first mountain blasting operation for the project, achieving excellent results. The operation provided valuable experience for future adjustment of blasting parameters and also marked the official commencement of the project construction.
