“Plans for the year begin in spring,” and for our company, the spring of development comes in the vibrant month of July. Every July marks the arrival of university graduates joining the company. They represent a new source of vitality and fresh energy, bringing new momentum to the company’s future development.

This year, the company recruited a total of eight undergraduate and postgraduate graduates. After a brief induction training, they were assigned to different positions according to their individual backgrounds and strengths. In the future, the company will arrange job rotations to further develop their comprehensive skills and professional capabilities.
