Our Company Holds Safety Regulations and Industry Standards Training Meeting in Hangzhou


At the beginning of the new year, in order to help our blasting engineering technicians better understand relevant laws and regulations and improve their professional skills, our company held its first Safety Regulations and Industry Standards Training Meeting at Liang’an International Hotel in Hangzhou on February 19, 2016. To ensure that all engineering technicians could participate in the training, the meeting was arranged in two sessions, with the second session scheduled for February 27.

At the meeting, Vice General Manager Xia Xianping extended New Year greetings to all participants and emphasized the importance of strengthening the study of laws and regulations for blasting engineering technicians under the new circumstances. He encouraged everyone to learn together and continuously improve during the training.Subsequently, Vice General Manager Chen Zhigang, a blasting expert from Zhejiang Province, served as the keynote speaker and provided systematic and detailed training on relevant blasting laws, regulations, procedures, and industry standards. The training covered the Regulations on the Safety Management of Civil Explosives, Safety Regulations for Blasting (GB6722-2014), Qualification Conditions and Management Requirements for Blasting Operation Units (GA990-2012), Management Requirements for Blasting Operation Projects (GA991-2012), and Qualification Conditions and Management Requirements for Blasting Personnel (GA53-2015).

Through case analysis and interactive discussions, Chen Zhigang helped participants deepen their understanding of key and difficult topics, highlighted important knowledge points, and provided detailed explanations of new requirements and provisions in the blasting safety regulations.The one-day training meeting adopted a centralized teaching format, effectively improving the professional capabilities and technical skills of the company’s blasting engineering technicians, enhancing awareness of on-site safety management, and promoting the practical application of blasting safety regulations and related laws in daily work.
