2016 Annual Work Conference Held in Nanxun
The company’s annual work conference was held at Huzhou Nanxun Lijing Hotel from January 19 to 21, 2017. More than one hundred employees gathered together for the event. The atmosphere was filled with applause during the outstanding employee awards ceremony, branch managers’ work reports and exchanges, and employee representative speeches.
Unlike previous annual meetings, the Chairman announced the latest personnel appointment decisions at the conference. A new management team led by Mr. Wang Pu as General Manager was established. The new management team consists entirely of young talents, providing them with a platform to demonstrate their abilities while bringing fresh perspectives and new vitality to the company. Under the leadership of this young management team, the company will continue toward greater achievements.
The Chairman also announced the latest personnel appointments of Zhejiang Geological Exploration & Mining Technology Co., Ltd. The company likewise appointed capable young professionals to form a new leadership team headed by Mr. Huang Jin as General Manager.
During the annual conference, the Fifth Meeting of the First Session of the Shareholders’ Assembly was also held. At the meeting, the Board of Directors reported the company’s 2016 operating performance to all participating shareholders, determined the shareholder dividend ratio, and announced new senior management appointments.
After the conference, the company arranged a tour of Nanxun Ancient Town for employees and their families. The town’s cultural landscapes, historical sites, and scenic attractions reflected its profound cultural heritage and rich historical significance, leaving a deep impression on the younger generation.
The annual meeting concluded successfully with a grand and lively Spring Festival reunion dinner. Accompanied by a lucky draw activity, prizes of various levels were awarded to everyone, allowing all participants to return home with gifts and joy in a festive and harmonious atmosphere.
