2018 Annual Work Conference and Shareholders’ Meeting Held in Hangzhou

The company’s 2018 Annual Work Conference and the Seventh Meeting of the First Session of the Shareholders’ Assembly were held at Hangzhou Liang’an International Hotel from January 28 to 29, 2019.

During the work conference, heads of various branches and departments delivered summaries and shared their experiences regarding the 2018 work performance. Company leaders analyzed the overall business operations and set new goals for 2019.

At the shareholders’ meeting, the Chairman reported the company’s 2018 operating performance and the 2019 work plan. The meeting also approved the shareholder dividend proposal submitted by the Board of Directors.

The meeting also included a farewell ceremony for Mr. Xia Xianping, the first retired employee since the establishment of the company. Having served as a senior executive for many years, Mr. Xia earned great respect for his professionalism and contributions. In recognition of his dedication and efforts, the company presented him with a commemorative plaque as a lasting memento.
