Visit Our Company for the “Three Services” Initiative

On the afternoon of March 5, a delegation from the Public Order Corps of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department, led by Deputy Director Cheng Hua and accompanied by Chairman Meng Zhaoyun and Secretary-General Li Jianhua of the Zhejiang Blasting Industry Association, visited our company for an investigation and discussion as part of the “Three Services” initiative. The delegation included Investigator Zhou Weihua, Section Chief Liu Jun, and Deputy Section Chief-level Officer Xie Lisiyi. Company Chairman Zhang Zhengzhong, Executive Director He Huawei, General Manager Wang Pu, and other senior management representatives attended the meeting.

During the meeting, focusing on the “Three Services” initiative launched by the provincial department, company leaders reported the challenges encountered in business operations, while representatives of branch managers shared practical issues arising during project management and put forward suggestions. Leaders from the provincial department and the blasting industry association listened carefully and discussed possible solutions.

The meeting also included discussions on further enhancing the association’s role as a bridge between government and enterprises, promoting the application of digital electronic detonators, optimizing the safety supervision model for explosives and blasting operations, and providing better services and support for enterprise development. At the conclusion of the meeting, Deputy Director Cheng Hua put forward requirements for strengthening the safety supervision of explosives during the period of the National Two Sessions.
