At 12:09 p.m. on July 12, 2019, with the final batch of shotgun ammunition cooled and verified, our company successfully completed the disposal mission of nearly 300,000 rounds of confiscated ammunition entrusted by the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

In recent years, the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau has seized a large quantity of firearms and ammunition of various types. The storage and management of these hazardous items posed significant risks to public safety and property. After receiving the disposal mission, our company made thorough preparations, carried out the operation carefully, and devoted every effort to supporting the public security authorities in eliminating potential hazards and safeguarding public safety.

The disposal site was located at Haitang 0803·1+500 of Fengxian Sea Embankment in Haiwan Town, Shanghai. The site was far from urban areas and densely populated zones, with favorable surrounding conditions and a high level of safety.Our company adopted the combustion chamber disposal method, which features proprietary technological innovation and mature practical application. Nearly 300,000 rounds of various types of ammunition were safely destroyed within three days. Since different types of ammunition have different characteristics, technical parameters such as the loading capacity of the disposal chamber, combustion temperature, and combustion duration were carefully controlled based on factors including ammunition size, properties, and explosive content.During this operation, the lead shot melting equipment newly designed and manufactured by our company was applied for the first time, achieving effective results.


Leaders from the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau supervised and provided guidance throughout the entire disposal process, and fully recognized and highly praised our work. The successful completion of this mission demonstrated our company’s technical expertise and organizational capabilities in safely and efficiently carrying out large-scale ammunition disposal tasks based on professional competence and technological innovation.
