On September 16, our company held the 2019 Annual Business Meeting in Hangzhou, attended by company leaders at middle management level and above.

During the meeting, managers of each branch office presented summaries on their 2019 performance in assessment, supervision, construction, and other business areas, as well as their market share in respective regions. By comparing data with previous years and considering the management characteristics of local authorities, they analyzed business development trends, favorable conditions, existing challenges, and potential market opportunities. Some branch managers and project leaders also shared their ideas on cultivating reserve talent, building a talent pipeline, and improving company management and the functions of various departments.

Company senior management fully recognized the efforts made and achievements achieved by each branch office in a challenging market environment. They also pointed out the shortcomings in the first half of the year’s operations and called on all branches to further develop their markets, tap into their potential, and achieve greater progress while consolidating existing achievements.
