To foster a healthy, positive and cohesive corporate culture, carry forward the Asian Games spirit, enrich employees’ spare‑time life and strengthen cross‑departmental bonds, the 3rd Staff Basketball Tournament organized by the company’s trade union was successfully held in Hangzhou on October 21.

Adopting a full‑court five‑a‑side format for the first time, the tournament brought greater challenges for participants. A total of 22 employees from headquarters departments and branch offices took part in the event. The game officially got underway as the referee tossed the ball high in the air, igniting the energy of the competition.　　

The venue was filled with excitement. Players from both sides competed fiercely with fast‑paced shifts between offence and defence. They demonstrated solid skills, seamless teamwork and quick defensive responses, creating an intense and thrilling match atmosphere. Off‑court cheerleaders also contributed to the lively scene with enthusiastic shouts of support. After fierce competition, the contest concluded amid warm applause, with the champion and runner‑up decided.

       Sports serve as a vital source of vitality. Beyond encouraging physical exercise, the tournament facilitated communication among employees, deepened interpersonal connections and built strong team camaraderie
