Xinjiang Aneng Successfully Demolishes Old Teaching Building of Tumor Hospital by Blasting

The old teaching building of the Tumor Hospital had a total floor area of 9,984 m² and featured an irregular layout with a thin-wall shear wall structure, making demolition challenging. The surrounding environment was complex, with nearby hospital buildings, water pipelines, and high-voltage cables requiring strict protection.

Xinjiang Aneng adopted a zoned cutting and double-notch directional folding collapse blasting plan, with precise initiation control and comprehensive protective measures. The project used 264 kg of explosives and extensive protective materials to ensure safety.

After blasting, the building collapsed as designed, achieving the expected results and receiving recognition from the local government, project owner, and media.
