First Trade Union Activity Successfully Concluded

Our company established its trade union at the end of 2011 and elected the first trade union committee, marking the official launch of regular union activities.

In September 2012, after nearly one month of preparation, the seven-day Kanas and Turpan Tour organized by the trade union was successfully completed. The activity was carried out in two groups, visiting scenic areas including Tianchi, Kanas, Hemu, and Turpan, allowing employees to experience the unique landscapes and local culture of Northwest China.During the trip, employees also visited the company’s Wucaiwan project site, expressing care and support for colleagues working on the front line. The activity strengthened communication among employees and enhanced team cohesion.
